was founded in November 2008. This is a unique online advertising platform that we developed. The business model is surgical target marketing while at the same time we have put into place an aggressive Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing plan. We are a small but innovative dynamic team and we consider ourselves to be extremely effective. Our focus is to bring the business and residential communities together in a creative online local marketplace. Launched this past January our 1st marketplace in south King County in Washington State is complete and online. We have further plans to expand nationally. We have put together several strategic alliances and a small but respectable customer base.

Job Summary:


We are looking for sales professionals that sold and been successful with online media, but we are willing to consider applicants from other related sales backgrounds.  What we are ready for is a rock star sales professional who can jump into our current marketplace and is looking to make a considerable income; with the potential upside opportunity to earn an equitable position in our company.  If you are a proven sales leader who can develop a sales team and are looking for an opportunity to be a part of our team of passionate professionals, this may be worth your consideration.  

The position is a 100% commission structure with no retainers offered; our conservative estimate of first year earnings is $75K, if you hit it out of the park, six figures.  Honestly, we believe the table is set for an explosion with the right sales leader.

This is a short sales cycle, in many cases the decision should be on the first or second visit.  Our compensation plan is aggressive with residual income after 90 days of each sale.  In the first  90 days while building your book of business, we will pay you as often as twice a week on new business.

 

Our Program:

  • • We will provide a comprehensive orientation and introduction into our team and business model.
    • We manage all development, production, maintenance and security of our websites, including editorial development, layout and design.
    • We manage all billing and collections and provide ongoing support.

  • Role : Sales Development
  • Responsibilities:
    • Primary focus of your efforts will be grounded in selling advertising in our online business directory and other online advertising components.
    • Responsibilities will also include coordinating and managing clients’ photos and artwork that will be required for advertising development.
    • Ongoing Client Account Management
    • Networking and promoting the brand will be essential to the ongoing success of the business
    • Building the regional business and strategically developing a sales team plan.
    • Attending trade shows and events


    Requirements

    • This is not an entry-level position or multi-level marketing opportunity. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving success.
    • 5+ Years of B2B Sales experience
    • Bachelors degree is preferred
    • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to responsibly manage our brand on a local level.
    • The ideal candidate will be a proven sales management leader that can roll up his or her sleeves and develop a business foundation and team to implement it.
